Many people enjoy the convenience of having our trainers come to them, but others enjoy getting out of the house or office for their workouts. We have access to several facilities throughout Raleigh, ranging from our own state-of-the-art private studio to several full-sized gyms. No membership is required to train with us at most of these facilities.


The Studio at Umstead Park

If escape from the typical gym scene is what you seek, look no further than our own private studio across from Umstead Park. Located on 2.5 wooded acres, our studio contains some of the most advanced conditioning equipment available. Best of all, the facility is dedicated to you alone for your entire session. Whether you are a Hollywood star visiting the area or just want to be treated like one, you won't find anything as private as the Studio at Umstead Park. (click for directions)

C U Fitness

Located in downtown Raleigh, CU Fitness is a semi-private studio designed to "Create the Ultimate you." CU Fitness gives you all of the tools you need for a great workout in the heart of the city. (click for directions)

Ladies Fitness & Wellness

Ladies Fitness & Wellness in North Raleigh provides a comfortable atmosphere for women to exercise without the distractions common to many franchise-type ladies clubs. This is one of our most popular locations. (click for directions)

North Ridge Country Club

We also offer our services for members of the North Ridge Country Club at the Tennis & Fitness Center. If general fitness is your goal, this facility offers everything you need in cardiovascular and strength training equipment. For those who want to improve their golf or tennis game, we work with the club pros to integrate our fitness coaching with your specific performance needs.

Springmoor Life Care Retirement Community

It's never too late to start exercising. That's why we offer special senior fitness training to residents of Springmoor. Our one-on-one exercise programs ensure that the fitness and health needs of our clients are met with the most appropriate amount of exercise and activity.
